Once your deposit is received and availability for your requested unit is conformed your reservation request will be processed and you will receive a conformation in the mail or one will be faxed if so indicated.  The initial deposit you send will be your security deposit which will be refunded to you at checkout, less any outstanding room balance.   Once you receive your reservation conformation read the documents carefully.  An additional deposit of 1/4 of your room charge will be due 30 days after we receive your initial deposit.  We will bill you that amount when we send out your conformation.  Should the room type requested not be available we will contact you via phone or email before processing your reservation.
