Million Dollar View

This is a wonderful Bay front House with a great outdoor pool, Hot tub and so much more. The view is one of the best !! Seniors, Rental of this house should only be considered by those that plan to act like adults. No parties of any kind will be permitted. If you are coming to Ocean City to enjoy the sun, the pool, the hot tub and to generally just have a great week, take a look at this house. Please keep in mind, only responsible and mature people should consider renting a home like this one.

The Rates are based on a Friday to Friday rental. Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is at 10am.

The house is large, it can sleep 8 people in the bedrooms ( master with a king bed, 2nd bedroom with a queen and double, 3rd bedroom with a king bed ) and also has 2 futons in Den and a sleep sofa in the family room. We would like to limit the number of people 8- 10 we can vary from that on a case by case basis, feel free to call with your request. The rate shown is based on 6 people, an extra charge applies for each additional person of between $300-500 week depending on the week.

Bed linen is provided, you will need to bring your own bath and dish towels, also your pool towels. There is a security deposit of $600.00 due at time of reservation. (based on 6 people, security deposit is $100 per person with a minimum of $600.00) . . Any damages must be reported immediately so that repairs can be completed before the next tenant arrives , you are responsible for the cost of any repair.

People that act irresponsible will be asked to vacate the unit early,

There will be no refunds for early departure.
