Seniors,  Rental of these Units  should only be considered by those that plan to act like adults.  No parties of any kind will be permitted.  If you are coming to Ocean City to enjoy the sun, the pool, the great view and to generally just have a great week, take a look at these units.  Please keep in mind, only responsible and mature  people should consider renting a condo like this one. People that act irresponsible will be asked to vacate the unit early, there will be no refunds for early departure.

Unit 401 Bahia Vista 1- 4 bedroom Direct Bay front Condo  unit- Living Room, Dinning Room, Laundry Room, Master bedroom with a king bed and large master bath,  two  bedrooms each l with one Queen bed, and the 4th bedroom with  2 double beds.  Umit has 3 full baths. Direct bay front view.  Boat dock available.  Large Bay   balcony.   Pool!!  This unit has has beding for up to 10 people and a sleep sofa in the living room. The rate shown is based on 8 people, an extra charge applies for each additional person of  between $300-500 week  depending on the week.

Bed linen is provided,  you will need to bring your own bath and dish towels, also your pool towels.  There is a security deposit of $600.00 due at time of reservation.   (based on 6 people, security deposit is $100 per person with a minimum of $600.00) .  You are required to leave your  unit clean on departure.  Any damages must be reported immediately so that repairs can be completed before the next tenant arrives , you are responsible for the cost of any repair.
